1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blue Cast online store at bluecast.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Blue Cast is a South African business operating in accordance with South African law.

2. Consumer Rights (CPA 68 of 2008) Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in these terms limits or waives any rights you are entitled to under the CPA or any other applicable South African legislation.

3. Eligibility By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched. We accept Yoco, Fastpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

5. Orders & Availability Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

6. Delivery Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by South African law, Blue Cast shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
