About Us
Gear Up. Cast Out.
Blue Cast is a proudly South African online fishing store built for anglers who take their fishing seriously. Whether you're casting off the rocks in Hermanus, bass fishing on a Free State dam, or chasing yellowfin in the deep blue — we've got the gear to match your passion.
Who We Are
We're a team of fishing enthusiasts who got tired of overpriced, low-quality gear flooding the South African market. So we built Blue Cast — a store focused on sourcing premium, reliable fishing equipment at prices that make sense for SA anglers.
From smooth, powerful spinning reels to precision-engineered hooks, high-strength braided lines, and effective lures — every product in our range is selected with one thing in mind: helping you catch more fish.
Why Blue Cast?
- Built for SA Waters — Our gear is selected for South African fishing conditions, from saltwater surf to freshwater dams.
- Premium Quality — We don't stock junk. Every product is tested and trusted.
- Fast Nationwide Shipping — We ship across South Africa so you can get back on the water quickly.
- Local Support — We're South African and we understand what local anglers need. Reach us at info@bluecast.co.za.

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — in line with the Consumer Protection Act and our commitment to every Blue Cast customer.
