Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area We deliver nationwide across South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe Estimated delivery is 8-12 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@bluecast.co.za and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

7. Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at info@bluecast.co.za. We will resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
