Refund policy

1. Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA 68 of 2008) As a South African consumer, you are protected by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. This policy is designed to comply fully with your statutory rights.

2. 30-Day Return Window You may return any product within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Defective or Incorrect Goods If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bluecast.co.za. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at your discretion, in accordance with Section 56 of the CPA.

4. How to Initiate a Return Email info@bluecast.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

7. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
